Position Summary

 

The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Manager should be capable of Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of the organization’s business objectives.

 

The candidate shall be responsible for the entire HR activities.

 

 


Responsibilities

 

  • Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the business units.
  • Overview the recruitment, employee development and engagement activities.
  • Work with senior management team to proactively address talent acquisition and retention plans.
  • Build the talent acquisition platform to attract the best available talent to the organization by building the employer branding of the organization.
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal management process in the organization in the most objective and transparent manner
  • Drive the compensation and benefits plan
  • Benchmark the organizational policies and practices with industry best practices
  • Budgeting and tracking


 

 

Requirements
  • Over 5 – 7 years of experience in HR activities.
  • Excellent communication skills & analytical skills.

MBA - HR
