Technical Lead/ Software Engineer-Incubation Project

Stabilix is looking for innovative and intelligent software developers to join their product development group. You will be part of a team which will go on to develop cutting edge Web based products.

Primary Responsibilities

For Technical Lead

• Develop high level and low level design specifications and product architecture from product requirements.
• Lead a team of developers to build software products and manage the quality of products developed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas.
• Report project status to the higher management.

For Software Developer

• Develop software as per product requirements and technical specifications.
• Create and execute unit test plans.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the products developed.
• Explore new technologies/tools and apply them to product development. Also provide inputs for product ideas.
• Give production support to software products developed.

Qualifications

Technical Lead and Software Developer positions are open to all (no formal qualifications are necessary). If you are highly talented and are passionate about software development, we need you.

Excellent analytical and programming skills are a must. You should also be able to communicate fairly well in English.
