Enhancing and Upgrading Legacy Administration System

The project was to migrate the proprietary system based on AS/400 running a heavily customized Genelco implementation and add some enhancements to suit changing business requirements.Stabilix offshore analysed the existing system and planned the execution in such a way that the turn around time for the migration is much lesser than the client estimation.

We executed the project using an onsite offshore model. Onsite engineer handled the client interfacing and provided documentation and training to all client departments for changed business processes and finalized the installation with no interruption to the day-today
business.
